We are introducing a unique working condition that suits an entrepreneurial company and fits what we stand for; freedom, responsibility, and trust.
You will be granted unlimited holidays.
You discuss with your manager and your team whether your workload and schedule allow you to take a vacation.
Legally, you’re required to take at least a number of holidays per year, but we offer you all the time you need.
Allright we have to draw a line somewhere… Do you want to take more than 4 consecutive weeks holidays? This is possible, but in the form of unpaid leave.
